Our 12 Volt LED Rope Lights by the foot can be cut to length for your custom order; or you can order by the 150 foot spool. You can shorten according to the instructions to make these custom fit RV or boat LED rope lights (or other 12 volt application). See cut details for the rope lighting of interest, as cut lengths can vary by voltage and color.

LED rope light accessories are sold a la cart to accommodate customization.

NOTE: The Power Cord you order is dependent on your power source.

If your power source is 12 volts DC, you have 2 choices:
1. the 6 foot long 12 Volt DC Power Cord Assembly (imt-iLmdL-conkit1224-6).
- Note: you can cut this to a shorter length if desired.
2. if you can solder, for the most compact connection you can use the
Invisible/Easy Splice Connector (imt-iLmdL-inv).
If your power source is 12 volts AC, order the 12 Volt AC Power Cord Assembly (otherwise the LEDs may flicker).
If you are looking for 120 volt LED rope lights to plug in to a regular "household style" outlet, then you need 120 VAC LED Rope Lights. If your yacht uses 24 volts dc, we offer 24 volt LED rope lights.
End Cap - covers tip of wires that may otherwise be exposed at truncated (trailing) end.

Optional accessories include mounting options, splices and splitters, and are shown below and on Page 2.

This is Dimmable 12 Volt LED Rope Light, provided that you use the Intervolt LED Dimmer or the Elwood Controls DC Dimmer Module ec-5addc, which is used in the Elwood FriLight ef1206 Rotary 12 volt LED Dimmer - 24 volt LED Dimmer.

* Installation Notes:

1. This product performs optimally with constant voltage at or near the specified voltage input. It is sensitive to over-voltage and transient spikes, therefore long term performance is dependent on the input voltage provided. For installation on boats, a power conditioner is recommended for maximum life of the product. See Imtra Power Conditioners.

2. Before you install your LED rope lights, connect the power and verify illumination. Then as you do your installation, beware of which end you need to feed the power to. Why? LED rope lighting contains diodes that allow the electricity to flow in one direction only. Because of this, when you hook up power to the LED rope lighting, it may not illuminate. If this is the case, disconnect the power and reconnect it to the other end of the LED rope lighting and confirm illumination.
