Products ship direct to you from the distributor warehouses - see below.

Shopping cart freight quotations are limited to 9,999 pounds. The cart may also limit you to 5 or 6 pallets or less on any item. Linear footage greater than 12 feet may cause inaccurate shipping costs and is therefore subject to change. For such larger orders, please submit an RFQ for custom quotations.

Most items are regularly stocked and are shipped promptly, while other items take longer to process. For example, Kenyon typically stocks a couple of each electric cook top, however, larger orders are produced upon order. Indel Webasto marine refrigerators may need a door reversed to meet your needs. Suppliers may test products before shipping to confirm quality assurance, which can delay shipping, however is for your benefit. Dock products may be made to order, especially if you want a custom color dock ladder. 12 volt LED lights generally ship right away.

Shipping locally only takes a day or two in transit, whereas shipping across the country can take up to 5 or 7 business days in transit. For an estimate of "time in transit", you can use the following tool in conjunction with the supplier zip code from below: UPS Ground Maps.

If an item is on back-order, we usually have that posted on the product page. If something unexpectedly gets placed on back-order, we will attempt to notify you as soon as we can, giving you options if there are any. Please provide your correct email address and telephone number when ordering. We do NOT sell or give away your personal information.

If we have your country enabled in the shopping cart, our system will quote you for shipping options and costs by UPS* (exceptions - see * below), and can allow you to check out on-line. Return to the shopping cart (or add a product to the cart) and then click Proceed to Checkout to see if your country is listed as a choice.

We ship to other countries on a selective basis by UPS*. Exceptions - see * below.

1. Create an account here: https://sailorsams.3dcartstores.com/register.asp?cg=0. For Customer Information, enter your billing address information.
NOTE: If your country is not available in the choices offered, then for Country select United States, for State select Alabama, and add your Country, State and all other address detail to the Comments section. Also add your complete Shipping Address to the Comments section.
2. After creating your account in step 1, while logged in to your account, populate the shopping cart with the items you want to order. Near the bottom of the page there will be a button that says "Save Cart" (you must be logged in). Click it and save your cart.
3. Let us know that your cart is ready for us to review (you can use the Contact Form).
(You can also use this method to request a shipping quote by postal for svc- prefix products - see below)

4. We will review your shopping cart contents and shipping destination, and then respond by email with shipping options and costs.

5. Then, if you want to proceed with the order, you will need to fax us your credit card information; and include your shipping method of choice.

* Exceptions:

A. For svc- prefix products weighing less than a total of 2 pounds and with a value of $250 or less, your order may be ship-able by postal. To inquire, follow steps 1, 2 and 3 above under Non-enabled Countries. When we respond, we will let you know if postal is an option for your shipment, and will include the shipping cost/options.

B. For heavy shipments to destinations outside of the US (greater than 200 pounds), and those orders containing any product with a -LTL suffix, such shipments go by LTL Freight Carrier (BIG Truck). We do not currently ship to outside of the US by LTL Freight Carrier. You will need to ship these orders to a freight forwarder destination located in the US, and have them arrange shipping to you.
