The Auckland
LED
Reading Light has both traditional
and contemporary appeal.
Order below
Pivoting
LED
reading light using a high-power 3.2 Watt High Flux
92 lumens
LED
(intensity equivalent to a 10 watt halogen bulb).
The bold styling of the Auckland is a
crossover between traditional and contemporary designs and
will appeal to either sail or powerboat owners.
The head pivots 180° side to side and 52° up
and down.
It mounts easily and securely with two

What is an LED Converter?
When using LED lights on DC power that is
converted from AC Power, you may
experience noise or fluctuations in intensity. This is typically caused by
non-smooth power characteristics (such as sine wave influence). This can usually be
resolved with an LED Converter. An LED converter not only converts AC to
DC, it also smoothes out the wave (provides superior voltage regulation),
so your LED's get what they need in a regulated dosage.
The bottom line is, if your power source is
noisy (such as if it
was converted from AC instead of being sourced from a battery or solar
cell), you may find an LED Converter is the best solution (not all
transformers / power supplies are of the same caliber).
LED converters are designed
specifically to power LED's.
