Rear view of microwave (the blue edges are a protective plastic layer). Note the spacer above the power cord is to ensure that you have enough space behind the unit, to allow the exhaust air to escape. Be sure this exhaust air can rise to dissipate. The 12-3/4" depth includes that spacer.   Note: air intake is on left side.    Microwave Dimensions: 17" wide x 10-1/8" high x 12-3/4" deep. For those of you that are tight on vertical space, the feet cannot be removed from this unit. The rear feet are stamped as part of the under carriage, and the front feet are only about 1/8" tall, Neither can be shortened without interfering with cooling.
