WARM WHITE LED's produce a softer light output, whereas the COOL WHITE LED's are more of a pure white light (which can actually look bluish and is sometimes considered harsh, as with fluorescent lights). Depending on your application, most people prefer WARM white LED's (best for most applications). The F-10 LED Reading Lights have warm, white LED's.
