The Linx MR16
LED Bulb
intensity (lumens) are comparable to a 15 watt halogen bulb. If
you are replacing 12 Volt
MR16, 10 watt halogen bulbs, the Linx MR16
LED Bulbs will be brighter, yet cooler and more efficient.
Order below
Replace your inefficient and hot
halogen MR16 dichroic & reflector bulbs with these highly
efficient and “cool” MR16 LED Replacement Bulbs.
These bulbs
feature constant-current drive electronics for steady light
output across the full 10-30VDC range.
Warm-white high output LEDS
combined with special linked optical lens results in uniform and
satisfying illumination.
Input voltage must be DC (direct
current) from a battery source, LED converter, or DC power
supply.
Compare to a 10W standard bulb, which is typically 100 to 130
Lumens, depending on the bulb quality. |

What is an LED Converter?
When using LED lights on DC power that is
converted from AC Power, you may
experience noise or fluctuations in intensity. This is typically caused by
non-smooth power characteristics (such as sine wave influence). This can usually be
resolved with an LED Converter. An LED converter not only converts AC to
DC, it also smoothes out the wave (provides superior voltage regulation),
so your LED's get what they need in a regulated dosage.
The bottom line is, if your power source is
noisy (such as if it
was converted from AC instead of being sourced from a battery or solar
cell), you may find an LED Converter is the best solution (not all
transformers / power supplies are of the same caliber).
LED converters are designed
specifically to power LED's.
