Optional: Dock Ladder Quick Release Kit

The Quick Release Kit that International Dock Products offers marinas, boatyards and individual docks, allows for removal of the dock ladder from the dock effortlessly and without tools for storage when not in use. The kit comes with two aluminum bars that are bolted to the dock. Each bar corresponds with the left or right mounting bracket on the dock ladder. Once the bars are installed on the dock, the dock ladder can be placed over the spikes in the bar and then secured with a locking pin. This is a handy option so you can easily remove the dock ladder - in colder regions for wintertime (when the water freezes over); and for storm preparation in those areas affected by hurricanes or floods.
