1. End Cap - Recommended -  The End Cap protects the far end of the wires that are embedded in the rope light from touching anything they shouldn't.

 6' Power Cord Kit has a connector assembly with pins that push into the end of the rope light, making connection with the wires inside the rope light jacket. A compression fitting is then tightened to hold the Power Cord to the Rope Light, as shown below.

6' Power Cord Kit for 1/2" diameter 120 volt AC powered LED Rope Lighting. USE THIS ITEM IF YOUR POWER SOURCE IS A STANDARD 120 VAC OUTLET.  The compression fitting attaches to the rope light as shown above. This item contains a rectifier. If the rectifier is not used with LED Lights powered with an AC source, they may flicker.
