Policies, Terms and Conditions:

We keep your personal information private and secure. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. We may be required to share shipping related information with affiliates to fulfill your orders.

02. Order Acceptance Policy  by 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

03. Shipping Details  by 

Shipping Time: Our suppliers ship orders as quickly as they can. Suppliers can have backlogs that delay shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Shipping Guarantees: We cannot and will not guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate or goal. Time in transit begins when the carrier picks up the product. We are not responsible for orders not placed in a timely fashion due to excessive workload, communication outage, mis-communication, weather related issues, power outages, acts of god, human error, etc. You should always allow ample leeway for delays, as delays can occur any time for various reasons. In other words, we are not responsible if you fail to plan ahead, resulting in your placing a "rush" order. Expedited shipping charges are for expedited shipping costs with the carrier and are not paid to the supplier for their extra efforts. If a shipment is late, your only recourse is with the shipping carrier, and only if they were the one at fault. We encourage you to plan ahead, ordering in advance whenever possible.

Shipping Damage: Please open and INSPECT all packages IMMEDIATELY - check for correctness of order fulfillment and LOOK for concealed shipping damage, otherwise you may lose your rights. To protect yourself, CALL or EMAIL IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue. Once time passes, you will not be able to prove to the shipping company that the damage did not occur after you received the product.

04. Shipping Costs  by 

Shipping costs will be charged at the time of order whenever possible. Exceptions (items that require additional shipping costs afterward) can be due to changes you request after ordering, shipping by freight carrier, shipping to a destination outside of the continental US, expedited items, out of stock items shipping separately by expedited shipment method, etc.).

05. Out-of-Stock Products  by 

Some times stock runs out. Suppliers do their best to keep ample supply, however they generally do not possess crystal balls or have mind reading capabilities. If you are ordering larger quantities, blanket purchase orders are highly recommended to help suppliers plan. Regardless, unexpected orders can deplete stock.

We will attempt to inform you promptly of any products that you have ordered that have run out-of-stock and are unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If you have a spam filter, please add us or check it periodically.

06. Taxes, Fees, Duties, Broker Charges  by 

We are required to collect sales tax for orders being delivered in MICHIGAN. If you are a reseller within Michigan, please fax or email us your current Michigan Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax.

For orders shipping to other countries, you are solely responsible for all shipping broker charges, taxes, customs fees, duties, etc. We cannot calculate what those costs are, as they vary by locale.

07. On-line Payments  by 

We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number for your BILLING address when requested (i.e. the address and phone number your credit or debit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause your order to be rejected. Your credit/debit card will be billed upon placing your order.

08. Returns  by 

We offer a 30 day return policy. All product returns must be approved IN ADVANCE. Products drop-ship from suppliers and distributors, Returns will need to be returned to the appropriate address. Must initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ).

To initiate an RMA, Login to your account, select the order and click on "Add New RMA". Or you may call or email us to start the process for you.

NOTE: Please open and INSPECT all packages IMMEDIATELY - check for correctness of order fulfillment and LOOK for concealed shipping damage, otherwise you may lose your rights. To protect yourself, CALL or EMAIL IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue. Items cannot be returned under warranty due to shipping damage, as warranty's do not cover extraneous damage. If shipping damage occurred, a shipping damage claim needs to be filed.

09. Typographical Errors & Other Mistakes  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been paid for by you. If you have already paid for purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to you in the appropriate amount.

If we make an error on your order, we will attempt to be reasonable with you to resolve the issue. We expect you to be reasonable as well. If you place a VERBAL ORDER, you are definitely responsible. Delegating a task to us does NOT delegate responsibility. You need to confirm accuracy. Rush orders are particularly vulnerable to errors. Again, you are responsible for accuracy. Shipping costs incurred due to errors are your responsibility. For the best accuracy, order on-line. Emailing or faxing an order can be more accurate than verbal orders, however errors can still occur.
