The blade is affixed to a high visibility, low-fatigue safety grip for serious underwater work.
The Ultimate Scraper utilizes a low-fatigue grip that is designed to seat comfortably in a glove hand between thumb and forefinger. This “web wedge” distributes the load on the web between fingers instead of directly on the fingers.
The “web wedge” also keeps hands from sliding up the handle onto the blade, allowing for concentration of what you’re scraping instead of how.
One of the most noticeable features is that the Ultimate Scraper has a notch to fit your specific prop shaft from 1 inch to 4 inches in 1/4 inch increments. This allows a diver to scrape the entirety of the prop shaft in minimal passes.
The blades are fabricated from high quality hardened 301 Stainless Steel with a brushed finish and Series 316 hardware. The Ultimate Scraper will accommodate a diver with years of trouble free use in the harshest marine environments.
